House price can vary depending on the rental period and the number of guests. Please book via our AirBNB page (https://www.airbnb.it/rooms/25300059) to get a quote. Please note that there is 20€ cleaning service rate. Price include all services: WiFi Internet, private car parking, washing machine, air conditioner...
Check-in: the rooms are normally available from 12:00. If our guests arrive before that time they can come to leave their luggage, get the keys and come back later. In any case, your check-in must be notified at least one day in advance and agreed.
Check-out: by 12.00 unless otherwise agreed.
We are not an “agency”, we are “common people” so we offer accommodation in our private house: a respectful behavior is required for the place, for the belongings and for the other people who live there. Once our guests have received the keys they are totally indipendent and free with no limit of time. The keys delivered remain under the responsibility of the guest until they check-out.
No one is allowed to let anybody in the house who has not previously registered, without notifying the managers. Smoking is not allowed in the house.
